Apex Adventure Island

Apex Adventure Island is a beautiful family-friendly play area perched along the banks of the Wimmera River in Horsham.

Scenic all around, the playground’s facilities are a favourite of children but adults are welcome to enjoy a picnic in the benches and tables.

Kids love the well-maintained space which features large swings, a sandpit, climbing frames, and more; all of these ensure hours of fun and play.

The park is also equipped with seating areas, shade, picnic tables, a drinking fountain, and two BBQs. Just 150m along the river are toilets. Unpaved walking trails are located around the park too.

One of the recent additions to Apex Adventure Island is the modular pump tracks; these are found among the informal walking trails and provide you with a good spot to relax and enjoy.
