The Murtoa Stick Shed is a cultural and historic destination located along the Wimmera Plains. The Sir Reginald Ansett Transport Museum near Lake Hamilton is dedicated to Reg Ansett; a transport pioneer in Australia. The museum, located in the original aircraft hanger of Ansett, houses over 1,000 objects that once belonged to Ansett Airlines. The incredible memorabilia on display are a fascinating way to learn about Sir Reg Ansett and his contribution to transport in Australia. Just some of the highlights in the museum include the Boeing 727 wheel, a Studebaker, a set of flight attendant uniforms, and much more.
