Hamilton Indoor Leisure & Aquatic Centre

The Hamilton Indoor Leisure & Aquatic Centre is a state of the art facility that provides access to an array of sports and leisure facility to the residents of Hamilton.

The centre opened in 2006 and some of the facilities the centre boasts of include an eight lane, heated, 25 metre indoor pool, gym, stadium and tennis courts.

There are a handful of aquatic programs offered to visitors, from babies aged six months to senior citizens over 60 years. These programs include Swim and Survive (categorised as Wonder, Active and Courage), the Bronze Rescue as well as Adult Swim Education. Private swim lessons are also available. All aqua programs are conducted by qualified instructors.

The Vitality Health & Fitness is a fully equipped gym facility that is designed to offer the best for fitness enthusiasts by creating tailor-made programs for your personal needs. With the latest equipment and highly trained staff, this is the perfect place to train. There are group exercise programs available too.

Other facilities at HILAC include a multi-purpose stadium for holding events, a table tennis area, squash facilities as well as meeting space. This is a family friendly facility as there is a creche on site alongside a host of social facilities. Other services provided include Stay Residential After School Care as well as different sporting clubs.
