Horsham Botanic Gardens

The Horsham Botanic Gardens are a tranquil location for those who would like to enjoy some quiet time whilst touring Horsham in Victoria.

The botanic gardens cover an area of approximately 3.5 hectares and are managed by the Horsham Rural City Council who ensure that the gardens are well maintained.

Visitors at the park need not worry about expenses as entry to the gardens is absolutely free. Those interested in the plants at the gardens may be interested to know that over 50% of the plants at the gardens are native to Australia, in this way, the Botanic Gardens contribute to conservation efforts of Australia’s flora and fauna.

Facilities within the Botanic Gardens include playgrounds, toilets, BBQ facilities, a sports ground, cricket nets and walking tracks. Visitors can access the Botanic Gardens via Eastgate Drive off Firebrace Street.
