Nearby is the Nhill Swamp Wildlife Reserve, which features three walks for visitors including kids to explore the sights. The Birdhide Walk is the shortest of these at 600 meters long, taking around just 20 minutes. It leads you to a bird hide where you can relax and take in the views.
Next is the Boardwalk and Lake Edge, 1200 meters long. This walk continues from the bird hide and takes you to the lake wall then back to the reserve’s edge.
Last but not least is the Lake Loop, around 1800 meters long. This loop is a leisurely stroll on the boardwalk and takes you to the lake’s edge and around the beautiful Corroboree trees as well as a picnic area.
