Family-owned, family-run. Mrs Baker’s Still House is a female lead micro-distillery that makes award-winning gins and liqueurs.

The distillery is located in Glenpatirck valley in the hills of Elmhurst. The cellar door is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am – 4pm. If you’d like to visit at other times, give us a call to check that someone will be able to welcome you.

The sheltered valley in the hills is the perfect environment for Jane Baker, the founder of Mrs Baker’s Still House, to grow many of the botanicals used in the gins and liqueurs. Other botanicals, that aren’t grown on the property, are foraged from the hills or picked from local farms.

Jane and the team are passionate about harnessing the flavours of the place where they live. This stems from the adoration of the stunning landscape surrounding us and their commitment to sustainable, low-impact production methods.

In keeping with this ethos, food miles remain low, with the base neutral spirit distilled from wine made and grown on the farm, and a 100 per cent solar-powered distillation process.

Mrs Bakers Stillhouse distils small batches of fine intriguing gin using locally grown Glenpatrick produce and liqueurs; including an Orange triple sec – flavoured with wild Glenpatrick oranges. With selected seasonal fruit, they create a very limited quantity of blueberry liqueur – ingredients just fresh blueberry juice and grape spirit. Perfect to have mixed or neat on ice.
