The Nhill Swamp Wetland Reserve is a stunning location to spend time in the outdoors; featuring a bird hide walk and a 500-meter long boardwalk.
To get to the reserve, you will have to pass through Jaypex Park, which is a terrific place to spend some time first if you are travelling with kids.

The reserve is home to wildlife including ducks, kookaburras, and birds, which you can see from the boardwalk. Some of the birds that thrive here include several species of crakes, grebes, and rails. Several waders are also found here such as the Pied Stilt, Sharp-tailed Sandpiper, Red-capped Plover, and many more.
