The state-of-the-art 24-hour gym is equipped with free weights, triple-cell matrix, 13 Technogym strength building machines, treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, rowers, and step machines. Fitness enthusiasts also have access to other fun fitness equipment including boxing bags, power bags, skipping ropes, battle ropes, tyres, and much more. Group fitness and personal training is offered here as well.

Professional and hobby swimmers enjoy the terrific swim facilities at the Stawell Sports and Aquatic Centre. The Swim and Survive swimming program is taught by qualified swimming teachers; it’s one of the Royal Life Saving’s water safety programs to make sure that Australian children have access to safe swimming skills while preventing drowning. Other swim programs and lessons are also offered for younger children and adults.

The Stawell Sports and Aquatic Centre is equipped with an indoor stadium, which hosts a number of junior and senior basketball games throughout the year. Other facilities on site include a cafe that serves up fresh, healthy meals, as well as bathrooms and lockers.
