Hi Daniel,
Unfortunately there aren’t any properties available in Ararat for your date period. However there are a number of options in the nearby township of Stawell (20 mins north). I would recommend making your booking asap as availability of these may not last.
I note that there are no long-term rentals that I am aware of, so I have located a couple of options in motels/hotels that have a fridge and/or microwave as well as a desk or seating area to make your long-term stay more comfortable.
Also note that for most booking sites (such as Booking.com whom we use) they will only accept bookings of 30 days at a time. So you may need to make 2 bookings for your entire stay.
1. London Motor Inn – Approx $1618 for 30 nights ($400 per week)
2. Motel Stawell – Approx $1884 for 30 nights ($470 per week)
3. Hi Way Eight Motor Inn – Approx $1884 for 30 nights ($470 per week)
4. Coorrabin Motor Inn – Approx $2106 for 30 nights ($526 per week)
